      Hi James

We do not have a real estate office here in FOS. We have a bulletin board in our Activity Center where renters can post a “Want To Rent” notice or owners can post their “For Rent” notices. The notices must be 3×5 in size and are posted by staff and remain on the board for 30 days. You can also contact a local realtor for information on rentals.

Hello! Is there a Facebook group/page or other social media platform that FOS owners post their “For Rent” notices? You mentioned above there’s a bulletin board in the Activity Center but for those of us who are not in Mesa how can we access that information? Thank you for your time and consideration of my query.

Hello. I am interested in getting out of the Minnesota winter…I am interested in renting a 2 bedroom, 2 bath or similar type option in Fountain of the Sun from Dec 2018- thru April2019 or dates that are in that relative proximity. If I like the area, purchase may be an option. I am a retired professional woman, your place will be well taken care of. Thank you for your consideration.

I feel the F.O.S. 2018 master plan is wait over moon cost wise. When any of us brought our homes here , we knew what was available for our use. Our assetments keep rising and our retirement checks do not. With all the other cost of living goes up, we sort hope we can keep our old life style.
Some people want ever thing in the world and many are spending more that they ever had, looking for other to pay for there fun. Yes since the F.O.S. was created there have been many mistakes made.
Like have a fund create to replace or update current building and other things like the pool, exercise equipment and updating kitchen area. And if you bought a home next to water retention area for the extra space between you and your neighbors, would want someone coming in and adding noise of games and traffic in that area? Most of us want thing to step like it was went bought our homes!!!
Yes there isn’t a tennis court. We our knew that when bought our homes, if we wanted a tennis court buy somewhere where they already have one. Also a lot of the year it is too hot to play tennis and it not cost effect to have it where something else might a better fit.

Electric gates break down, power goes out, and guest/workers come, we still need someone to check them in, or our security is worth the anything!!!

I know their are people living in F.O.S. that our behind on assetments. Tell me how we can make it still be the community they bought into any years ago? Just to make you later buyers feel you need all the tings the world has for your enjoyment.

I’ve been here in F.O.S. for 26 years and hope to live my life out in the This great place. When we brought our home 26 years ago, we looked at the cost of security gate was about $25.oo a month. Yes I know security cost have rising. This we have to live with, if we want a secure park.

God love you and we need to respect our neighbor and love them as much as we love our self’s.

There is a map of the amenities under the Amenities tab on the website but not a map of the full community. Those are available to be picked up at the office.
      Thanks

We are looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental for Feb and March 2019. We are 2 adults with no pets. Since we live in MN we do not have access to your bulletin board with all the “rentals” that are available. If anyone could help us out we would appreciate it.
